There is no doubt that this Wrestlemania will be a memorable one for some good and some bad reasons. The Kick Off Show was dreadful, both Battle Royals were boring and the only intriguing thing to come out of both of them was the alliance that seems to of formed between Matt Hardy and Bray Wyatt. The Cruiserweight final match was not bad but I think it would of been better on the NXT show the day before. The Main Show started really strong with two excellent title matches. The triple threat was one of the best matches on the show and the same can be said for Asuka and Charlotte. The only problem I have with both was the outcome. I think Balor really needed this win much more than Rollins not that Rollins didn’t deserve it, I just hope these two continue to feud with each other so we get a few more top class matches and as for Charlotte breaking Asuka’s winning streak that was dumb on so many levels. Charlotte is the top female in the company and she did not need the push that breaking the streak would of given someone who could of been made a huge star when they finally broke the streak. It felt like the only reason they did it was for shock value and now Asuka is no different from any of the other generic women on the show and who was the bright spark that decided it would be a good idea to give her a live mic ? So I guess her new catchphrase is “Nobody Is Ready For Asuka Except For Charlotte”. Another awful booking decision was to have one of the most over guys on Smackdown eat the pin for one of the most generic performers on the roster in this bland and dull US Title match. I was overly impressed with both Stephanie and Ronda. Both gave a great performance and told a brilliant story. It was also fantastic to see Kurt Angle performing at Mania once again. The match far exceeded all expectations I had and it has left me more interested in the future in ring career of Ronda. The Smackdown Tag Team Match was okay and the right team won as they did a great job in dominating the contest. The whole deal with Cena in the crowd was dumb and the position of this on the card was lame. It would of been so much better if they saved this till the end and have everyone think Taker is not showing up and start to end the show with Cena looking miserable. As he begins to leave the lights go out, then they should of done what they did in the ring and then end the show. The in ring squashing of Cena was not only the perfect way to do this but it also showed what a class act John Cena really is. I really enjoyed the tag match with Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn vs Shane McMahon & the returning Daniel Bryan. All four men did a great job putting this together and it was a great story that had a perfect finish. The whole story between Jax and Bliss has been pathetic and the match was not much better. By far the best match of the show was AJ vs Nakamura and the shocking heel turn at the end was something I’m sure no one ever saw coming. I am really excited now to see how the character of Nakamura will develop there is no way it can be any worse than what they have done with him since he started on the main roster. I really loved him insanely rambling in Japanese and think he will make a great arrogant antagonist. The Raw tag team match was pathetic I hated every moment of it. So now Braun is the BFG that sucks ! And you have to feel sorry for The Bar they have been one of the most improved acts in the company over the last year. The Main Event was FUCKING SHIT. It is not even worth wasting my time talking about it. Overall I did enjoy the show even though a lot of the booking decisions were dreadful and 7 straight hours of anything is going to become a chore this could of easily been 1 to 2 hours shorter than it was if you trimmed down the time on the matches that went far to long than they needed too.
