Here are the match results, my match ratings and review for this weeks episode of NXT.

Match Results & Match Ratings

Tommaso Ciampa came to the ring with Johnny Gargano’s music playing. He then began to tell everyone that he would always come out on top against Gargano. Then out came  Candice LeRae, after more disparaging remarks by Ciampa, Candice had enough and slapped Ciampa who then walked away finding this whole situation rather amusing.

Lacey Evans defeated Brandi Lauren

Match Rating:⭐️3/4

After the match Kairi Sane attacked Evans and attempted to hit her Elbow Drop but Evans escaped.

Velveteen Dream vs Ricochet was a no contest after Lara Sullivan entered the ring and completely man handled both competitors.

Match Rating:⭐️⭐️

Kona Reeves defeated Raul Mendoza

Match Rating: ⭐️⭐️

Oney Lorcan, Danny Burch & Pete Dunne defeated The Undisputed Era (Adam  Cole, Roderick Strong & Kyle O’Riely)

Match Rating:⭐️⭐️⭐️3/4

This was yet again another very entertaining episode of NXT. It is no longer a debate, Tommaso Ciampa is the best Heel in Wrestling today. His segment at the beginning was done perfectly, his next match with Gargano is arguably becoming more anticipated than the last one. I can’t imagine how they will top the last match but I will enjoy seeing them try. Evans pretty much squashed her opponent but I do like that they are doing more feuds with the women and not just the one that centres around the title. I was very surprised that they would do a match that has the potential to be awesome like Dream vs Ricochet on a regular episode of NXT but it quickly became clear that they were just teasing us after Sullivan ruined it for everyone. I’m sure we will see these two go one on one in the future but as for Sullivan he could be that dominant force that could dominate NXT for as long as he wants. I was impressed with Kona Reeves then it is becoming clear that if you can’t have a good match with Raul Mendoza then you won’t last very long in NXT, I said it last week and I will say it again Raul Mendoza is seriously underrated and I think he could do really well on 205. The main event was not like the generic six Man tags that you would see on other WWE shows, this was really exciting. While Undisputed Era were as good as always the most impressive was the duo of Lorcan and Burch. They looked fantastic as a team and after Burch picked up the win they have to be in line for a title shot soon.
