The second ever WWE U.K. Championship Tournament may not of been quite as good as the first but there were a few memorable moments that did make this a decent show. I like that Gallagher was in the opening match. He is someone that is known by the majority of WWE fans and him putting over Gibson was the obvious outcome but also the right choice. Yes Gibson got a good Heel reaction from the crowd but that’s because the majority of the fans in attendance have had the pleasure of Gibson on the mic before his matches. The real tragedy was that he was not allowed to show how good he is at getting even more heat from the crowd before his match with one of his promos. The slow paced match between Coffey and Mastiff was not as nearly as good a performance that both are capable of delivering. Webster and Devlin had a nice match and I was a little surprised when Flash got the win over Devlin. The last Quater Final Match was probably the worst and while I was impressed by Smith, I could not see Banks losing this one. So Toni Storm earned herself a title shot in a decent Triple Threat and she was by far the most impressive of the three women in this contest. Both Semi Finals were largely forgettable accept for Coffey attacking Banks after the match. It was the only bit of Heel Heat anyone mangaged to garner throughout the whole show. The one match that completely blew everything else on the cats away was the headline Six Man Tag Match between British Strong Style and Undisputed Era. This is probably the best six man tag match I have ever seen. I loved every minute of it. I can’t pick one person who stood out from the other as they all were absolutely amazing. It was such a great match that it was impossible for anything to follow it. Unfortunately for Gibson and Banks they had too (not before a cameo appearance from HBK). The match was good and I was pleased that Gibson won he was the only wrestler that got a strong reaction from the crowd. Yes others got a decent reaction but nothing near to what Gibson got. It is more than obvious he is seen as someone who will be a top heel in NXTUK and I can not disagree. I did like how Travis sold the shoulder injury that he suffered thanks to the attack from Coffey earlier and that was the main reason he lost. The only issues I had with this show was the generic ring music that took away even more of the wrestlers personality and made them even more generic than their music, the awful ring announcer was obviously a fan pulled from the crowd he was that bad and Johnny Saint as GM. Now I mean no disrespect to Saint and I completely understand him being a legend of British Wrestling. I just felt that he was not completely comfortable having to do that amount of talking in front of the crowd. I would of chosen Nigel McGuiness.  This show did do a great job at advertising some of the wrestlers that will be the foundation of this roster and I am more excited than I was before this.
