There is no doubt the relationship between Rev Pro and NJPW has given us some of the best matches we have ever had in the UK. The problems I have are that apart from the two title matches and maybe Brookes vs Taichi. There was no storytelling or any interesting feuds it was just a few decent wrestling matches. Apart from El Desperado every other match was won by a Japanese Wrestler. It looks as though they are going to try and do something with Brookes and Ospreay (when he is fit) as Ospreay unintentionally cost Brookes the match. After Brookes was not pleased with what Will had done and he beat down the injured Ospreay. Surprise Surprise Great O Kharn won again. I really don’t see the fascination Rev Pro have with this guy. I thought apart from the main event the best match on the card was Bodom vs Ridgeway. This had me asking myself why these two are not signed to a major company as they are just as good if not better than most that have been signed also this could of been the main event  and/or for a title and I would of been really pleased with it. ELP vs ELD was a good match but that’s all it was and it was hard to get that invested in it. It was a surprise that Kojima beat Walter but not that much of a surprise considering how much this company love Japanese Wrestlers. The Speedball/MK match like others on the card had no story and no reason to get invested in the match. It was more of a Martial Arts Exhibition than a Pro Wrestling Match and it got boring after the hundredth leg kick. The two title matches were very good but it’s getting really stale with the belts being held by Japanese Wrestlers. It’s hard to do any sort of compelling story with guys that barely speak English and please no I can’t deal with another ZSJ run as champ after he declared he would face Ishii for the belt at Wrestle Kingdom. I would of much rather Starr won he is by far the most entertaining performer for Rev Pro and his conspiracy angle is  by far the most interesting story they have at the moment. Even with the Japanese Wrestlers being booked strong this was still a decent show but I would say Bodom vs Ridgeway and the two title matches are the only matches worth watching.
