Defiant Wrestling is a company I have not watched much of. But this episode was so entertaining that I think it will become a regular show I watch on a weekly basis. While they still have some top international talents on the show, I do really like that they are giving slot of time to new younger talent. The first match of this show was a good example as the young duo of Kelly Sixx & Ashley Dunn who go by the of South Coast Connection made a huge statement as they were able to dispose of the veteran team of Joey Hayes and Danny Hope. The duo who mentioned more than once that their mentor was Will Ospreay were not done for the night. After British Legend, Marty Jones had introduced the nephews of The Dynamite Kid we were treated to a short exhibition match between the two brothers. These two are going to be stars no doubt about that and at 15 and 17 it was outstanding how easy they made it look. It was a shame it was cut short as SCC hit the ring and took out the Billington Brothers or as Marty called them The Dynamic Duo. There was a quick squash match with Omari making short work of Renshaw. After the match he kept it short on the mic and demanded a match with Nathan Cruz next week. Then there was the main event as the hometown hero returned. There was no doubt that the fans would be fully behind PAC however when PAC hit Starr with a low blow to set up the finish a few fans seemed to be slightly unsatisfied with his actions. It was a fantastic match that everyone must see. There is no doubt that I will be watching more of Defiant and I know I will be watching Unstoppable on February 9th as the main event is Rampage vs Starr for the championship. This was confirmed at the end of the show when Rampage came to the ring and told Starr he had earned his respect.
